Printed by Meriden-Stinehour Press; Roderick Douglas [Rocky] Stinehour (American, 1925 – 2016) and his son Stephen Stinehour, The Stinehour Press in Lunenburg, Vermont. The Meriden Gravure Company in Meriden, Connecticut, was founded in 1888 by Charles Parker and James F. Allen. In 1977, the Meriden merged with the Stinehour Press, and in 1989, the Meriden operations were closed and the Meriden Gravure presses moved to the Vermont location.
