Publisher’s brown cloth, blind-ruled frames and corner ornaments to boards, front board lettered in gilt “ВЕЛИКОЕ ВЪ МАЛОМЪ”; patterned green Art Nouveau diaper endpapers. Library ink stamps of Αγιον Ορος (Holy Mountain, Mount Athos) and a red manuscript inscription (illegible) on title-page. Pagination: [4], [1], 2–205, [206] blank, [2] blanks, [2] advertisements (214 pp.). Collation in 8vo: π2 1–138 χ1 (107 leaves). On π2 — a full-page of typographic and emblematic compositions printed in black. At top, a radiant cross within a halo bearing the inscription: «СИМЪ ПОБѢДИШИ». Left and right: pentagram and hexagram devices respectively, each captioned «ПЕЧАТЬ АНТИХРІСТА». Center: the Whore of Babylon in a chariot driven by sphinxes, beneath the word: «АНТИХРІСТЬ». Lower section: symbolic devices incorporating Hebrew and Greek letters within geometrical forms. Flanking inscriptions: «БЕЗЗАКОНІЯ / TARO» (left) and «iNRi / ВЕЛIЯ ТАЙНА» (right).

Note: This edition is among the earliest publications to contain the text known as The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, an antisemitic political forgery first circulated in Russia in the early 20th century. The text was subsequently disseminated worldwide and used as propaganda to incite antisemitic persecution, including the genocide of Jews in Europe.
