Note: Published February 1921, prior to Philip Graves’s The Truth About “The Protocols”: A Literary Forgery (The Times, August 16–18, 1921) [LIB-2496.2020]. Wolf compares the text of Nilus’s Protocols of the Elders of Zion with Hermann Goedsche’s Biarritz. Historisch-politischer Roman (1868) and, on the basis of textual parallels, concludes that the Protocols are a fabrication.
