Note: This Buenos Aires edition reissued the text of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion in Argentina in 1955, contributing to the continued circulation of the antisemitic forgery in Latin America after the Second World War. In the postwar period, a number of former Nazi officials and collaborators, including individuals of Russian origin, found refuge in Argentina and other countries of the region; within these émigré and sympathetic networks, publications of this kind formed part of the broader transnational afterlife of extremist antisemitic propaganda, notwithstanding the global exposure of its catastrophic consequences.
