Description: Rooftop vista framed by sloping skylights and low parapets; party walls and ventilation shafts across the middle distance; beyond, a water tank and the clock-tower mass associated with the Consolidated Edison Building. Finely ruled tones and dense cross-hatching articulate planes and shadows.
